Duties & Responsibilities Liaison Creative + Marketing has a full-time opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Manager with 4-6 years of experience to drive demand for our corporate client's US Small Business segment, a leader in IT hardware, software and services. In this critical collaborative role, you'll take the lead on promoting offers on third party publisher sites while collaborating closely with Merchandising, Site team, Cycle Planning team, Affiliate Network account team, publishers, and other go-to-market vehicle leads. If you thrive on driving quantitative business results in the digital advertising space, and enjoy forecasting, execution, and reporting on ROI, this is a good career opportunity for you! This position is likely to be ongoing after an initial 9-month engagement. Most Liaison employee benefits are available after 30 days. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the US Small Business Affiliate program. Key activities in this role include: - Forecasting daily/weekly/quarterly goal attainment, planning and execution of placements and text offers that go-to-market, continuous analytical assessment to understand (and report on) performance, and managing the quarterly affiliate budget - Develop an Affiliate digital marketing strategy through collaboration with the Affiliate Network account team and publishers to ensure the following: offers are featured on publisher sites in effective ways; publisher commission levels/customer cash-back rewards are competitive; and all top offers are consistently delivered to publishers to be hosted on their sites to ultimately result in traffic and conversions - Execute strategy across digital channels in a manner that is integrated with go-to-market programs and broader marketing communication efforts - Report performance of effective and ineffective offers - Maintain weekly offer roadmap - Execute coupon creation for unique Affiliate offers - Generate campaign/offer analytics - Deliver a digital marketing playbook that documents best practices and serve as a knowledge resource for everything Affiliate marketing Background & Experience - 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics or IT industry - At least 4 years experience developing and executing Affiliate marketing plans - Experience in merchandising, brand, or media, and with Affiliate strategies - Strong analytical and budget management skills - Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration Hard Skills - Proven ability to use digital media to grow, engage and activate targeted audiences - Strong analytical and budget management skills Soft Skills - Desire to drive innovation and change - Personality that thrives in an environment that moves quickly Details This is a full-time position on Liaison's marketing team working with our high-tech corporate client, a global technology leader.
