Scholarship Applications Now Available The OSC scholarship application is now online. Submissions must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, April 22, 2016. Fall 2016 M.S. Deadlines Extended Application deadlines have been extended to May 15 for international students and August 1 for domestic students.
