Looking for an exceptional Affiliate Marketing Executive to nurture and scale our affiliate program within the acquisition department. You will ensure that the affiliate strategy is aligned with our brand values and calendar campaigns. Working closely with the SEO and PR manager, you will identify new business development opportunities, and strengthen our current partnerships with bloggers and press specialists' magazines. The right candidate will be able to segment and refine publishers CPA beyond last click, and will be able to challenge the current mindset, take initiatives with the ability to resolve conflicts fairly with data. Candidate Profile: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders - Negotiation skills required with an eye for detail in the structure of all deals - Experience in an affiliate network scene - Expience developing key strategie for affiliates - Strong judgement and problem solving skills - Knowledge of CPA, CPC, and CPM - Commercial awareness - Analytical/reporting skills - Strong numerical background - Strong written and verbal communication skills If you are interested then please apply now as this is a position that is in extremely high-demand!
