This is a key hire for my client and the successful candidate will own supplier relationships and establish best practice processes. The role * Manage the day to day running of the affiliate program across all territories * Deliver media plans based on predetermined targets and budgets * Audit, manage and optimise campaigns * Work hand in hand with the creative team * Collaboratively work with the trading team to plan monthly and quarterly offers * Utilise the brand and PR team to deliver strong and clear messages * Grow relationships with key Affiliates and drive recruitment * Deliver against traffic and sales targets * Detailed internal business reporting * Be the champion of affiliate marketing within the business The person * Proven success in an affiliate marketing role * Entrepreneurial and unafraid to take ownership of projects * Great stakeholder manager - able to build strong internal and external relationships * Energetic and self starting affiliate expert with a knowledge of the wider digital landscape * Commercially astute * Able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment * A creative thinker who is comfortable forecasting, media planning and budgeting This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Affiliate Executive or an Affiliate Marketing Manager looking for the next step in their career, where they will be given ownership of all aspects of projects and campaigns.
