If so, we want to hear from you!  TTC Digital is an in-house digital agency looking for an experienced affiliate marketer who would like to join our dynamic team, and lead our affiliate programs for several terrific travel brands.  This role is responsible for client management, campaign strategy, account planning, and managing/optimizing the strategic partners important to the client portfolio. Direct Hire Experience in partnership, referral or affiliate marketing Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time Passion for affiliate marketing and overall digital marketing Daily monitoring of trends and patterns from online marketing efforts Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems Providing performance evaluation and optimization suggestions to affiliates based on analytics Contact and develop relationships with prospects via phone and email Knowledge of online marketing best practices and applying them in a consultative role Knowledge of digital marketing tracking and analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, call tracking etc.) Managing a wide variety of program offers (flat rate, CPM, CPC, CPL) that align with a direct response model Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands Communicate with affiliates to ensure compliance with program guidelines, to keep up to date information, and to enforce guidelines and best practices Ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships at various levels Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation Smart, energetic, detail oriented and analytical Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills Travel marketing experience a plus Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in affiliate marketing for a lead generation company Minimum of 2 years' experience in online marketing or digital agency experience required Experience managing Affiliate Programs and growing revenue generating programs Knowledge of digital marketing programs such as paid search, search engine optimization, paid social, email marketing and display Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools Strong experience in Microsoft Excel based reporting High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word A proven track record in the digital space, with an emphasis on organic search and affiliates marketing The ability to think strategically and coordinate strategy across a number of mediums Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders and manage your time Experience creating, developing and executing a digital marketing strategy both first hand and/or in conjunction with others (colleagues and with 3rd parties) Excellent communication skills Apply Now Email Job Help us improve CareerBuilder by providing feedback about this job: Report this Job.
