As an immature channel there is huge potential here to build and implement the affiliate strategy as a blank canvass focusing on quality and putting in place an impressive partnership portfolio. There is massive opportunity for the brand to really own and take real market share - a perfect role for a driven, commercial affiliates executive with experience in an ecommerce environment to take a step up into a junior manager role. The Role: *Help to define and shape affiliate & partnership strategy and take ownership of the channel *Manage and grow affiliate partners *Develop affiliate marketing strategies *Formulate and execute affiliate recruitment campaigns *Work closely with the MD, brand manager and SEO manager *Lead and develop network relationships *Collaborate with the HQ team based in Germany to grow affiliate program *Manage and develop high profile affiliate driven programmes *Monitoring spend and performance levels relative to budgets and expected KPI's. *Finding new possibilities for affiliate's sales uplift.
