We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Program Manager to plan and execute the daily activities of the Affiliate Program and other digital marketing opportunities available to feature and sell our products including shopping comparison sites and others (e.g. Amazon, Ebay, Pinterest, Instagram) according to agreed budgets. Position Reports to: Manager, eCommerce and Digital Marketing Key Job Responsibilities: Manage the Affiliate program and affect positive growth. Manage shopping comparison /other product focused platforms programs and affect positive growth. Manage working relationships with third party vendors. Maintain series of regular management reports on budget to actual with insightful variance analysis. Interface with other internal departments including advertising, merchandising and IS to execute program details. Ensure appropriate branding and brand messages are used across campaigns and programs. Optimize programs across channels to maximize the impact on customer conversions and AOV. Maintain excellence in digital media and future technologies in the marketplace. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in eCommerce marketing and affiliate / cross-channel marketing. Maintain working knowledge of sales tax nexus laws impacting programs. Job Requirements 3+ Years of experience in managing an Affiliates program with demonstrated experience developing and growing such a program. 3+ Years in managing product focused digital marketing programs such as Amazon, Ebay, Pinterest, Instagram, etc. with demonstrated experience developing and growing such programs.
