As Affiliate Manager you will be in charge of the affiliate programme for one of their brands, reporting directly to the Group Affiliate Director. The chosen candidate will be a key contributor to the company's future success and will be responsible for building, managing and growing affiliate relationships as well as maximising performance of the existing affiliate base. You will be continually communicating with affiliates, providing support and keeping them up to date on new products and any program enhancements, as well as analysing and optimising affiliate traffic activity and developing new ways to monetise and incentivise them to perform better. The chosen candidate will be monitoring data trends and analysing affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and profitability, monitoring affiliate practices and compliance will fall under you remit. You should be well versed in evaluating, recruiting and activating new affiliates / partners to promote the company's brands. You should possess a minimum of 2 years' experience with a proven track record, and are able to work to short deadlines. The chosen candidate should be sales and marketing focused with a strong attention to detail.
