As Affiliate Manager at DAZN, you will be responsible for the performance and development of our affiliate programs across five key markets. Your main role will be to define, implement and manage our affiliate strategy in each market, using best practice, data insights and collaboration with your colleagues. You will manage affiliate marketing network relationships, ensure affiliates are driving incremental sales, monitoring for unusual activity and building strong relationships with top affiliate partners. Specifically, you will: Develop our global affiliate marketing strategy with a localisation plan per market Measure affiliate performance across all markets (currently Japan, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Canada) Structure the core affiliate compensation, adapting as necessary for specific affiliate types and partners Find and build relationships with top affiliates and develop incentive programmes Create regular promotions for affiliates Expand the program through affiliate recruitment Drive subscribers through the affiliate channel Educate wider marketing teams in affiliate marketing Work closely with the commercial team on partner involvement Work with partners to include them in the affiliate program, where appropriate Establish global reporting, analysis, actions and insights WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE? % of role Defining the affiliate strategy by market to drive new customer acquisition in the most efficient way 40% Building key affiliate relationships to ensure optimum performance, while maintaining a high quality of leads and sales 20% Liaising with local markets to on-board new affiliates and manage existing ones 10% Ensure the platform and network is operating as it should, developing additional requirements and implementing changes to the platform 10% Man-management of internal resource to support the affiliate programme 10% DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW? Skill Level (out of 4) Experience of affiliate programme management in multiple markets for a minimum of 5 years 4 In-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of affiliate tracking, reporting and insights 4 Ability to manage internal stakeholder expectations and deliver high quality work 4 Experience reporting back to senior management 3 DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?
