Main Responsibilities o They will be solely responsible for the on boarding of new companies & maintenance of Britannia Hotels Affiliate Program and the review of current affiliate promotions. o They must have an understanding of Affiliate marketing best practices and apply this knowledge to maximize the programs potential. As well as be able to work in collaboration with the Marketing Team through other channels This list is not exhaustive and you may be asked to do other duties as and when required. Person Specification o Basic understanding of affiliate marketing o Create and distribute Affiliate marketing campaigns o Competitor affiliate campaign analysis o Have the ability to negotiate added value and exposure for promotions o Report on campaigns through google analytics & the affiliate window o Implement and manage new innovations to enable us to grow our affiliate program o Assist with promotional activity o Create banners and landing pages for promotions o Ability to troubleshoot coding problems o Knowledge of Microsoft Excel o Knowledge of Adobe Fireworks or Photoshop o Ability and desire to learn quickly o Interest in email marketing o Basic knowledge of HTML o Ability to work independently, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team o Attention to detail o Excellent communication skills o Proactive, energetic personality; an inquiring & investigative mind o Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook Employee Benefits Up to 28 days holiday including bank holidays per annum Discounted weekend breaks Meals on duty (Subject eligibility) Uniform (Subject to position) Accelerated promotion prospects Britannia Hotels are an Equal Opportunities employer and applicants from non-EEC countries will require work permits or permission to work issued by the Home Office.
