Marketing & Commercial Key Affiliate Manager Horseracing Marketing & Commercial Malta Job Description Betsson Group is searching for an enthusiastic individual with excellent networking and sales skills with an eye for sourcing new/existing affiliates. The role is based in Malta and will focus exclusively on affiliate sales for Betsson Group's newly acquired brand, Racebets, focusing on our key markets United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Sweden as well as other markets globally. As a Key Affiliate Manager Horseracing, you will own and manage affiliate marketing activities including the negotiation, restructure and optimisation of current deals.You will carry out promotional initiatives in line with company strategies. If you are self-motivated and believe you can add value to our operation, then this is your opportunity to do so. Responsibilities Key responsibilities involve, but are not limited to: Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts and models Identify and cultivate top affiliates and develop incentive programs Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliates Collaborate with the internal creative teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing campaigns through the affiliate network Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns Implement strategies to increase quality and yield from affiliates Participate in industry events and keep updated on industry trends Requirements At least two years' experience in a gaming environment ideally within sales and affiliates At least three years' experience in account management A super star communicator Methodical, numbers driven and well organised Open and responsive problem-solving skills Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative Be proactive and motivate others when necessary Fluent in English, knowledge in another language is considered a big advantage.
