As Affiliate Manager at DAZN, you will be responsible for the day-today performance and development of our affiliate programs across our key markets. Your main role will be to implement and manage our affiliate strategy in each market, using best practice, data insights and collaboration with your colleagues. You will manage affiliate publisher relationships, provide them with assets and support as they need it, monitor their activity to ensure sales are incremental and help build strong relationships with top affiliates. Specifically, you will: · Implement our global affiliate marketing strategy and help localise the plan per market · Measure affiliate performance across all markets · Manage affiliate compensation, adapting as necessary for specific affiliate types and partners · Help build relationships with affiliates and develop incentive programmes · Create promotions for affiliates · Expand the program through affiliate recruitment · Drive subscribers through the affiliate channel · Work with the wider marketing team to achieve subscription targets · Collaborate with the commercial team on partner management · Work with partners to include them in the affiliate program, where appropriate · Provide regular reporting on the performance of the programme, working with the Head of Affiliates to provide insights and actions WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE? % of role Work with the Head of Affiliates to ensure affiliate targets and goals are reached for customer acquisition and publisher growth. 40% Provide regular reporting to the Head of Affiliates and Director, gathering insights and actions in conjunction with your manager. 20% Work with local markets to help them on-board new affiliates and understand beneficial new publishers with whom we should partner. 10% Regularly check affiliate links and our assets are implemented correctly and that creative is up to date. 10% Provide support to affiliates with tracking, reporting and payment, working with our Network Partner where necessary. 10% DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW? Skill Level (out of 4) Experience of affiliate programme management in multiple markets for a minimum of 18 months. 4 Good knowledge of the technical aspects of affiliate tracking, reporting and insights. 4 Ability to work with and collaborate with colleagues across other media disciplines. 4 Excellent attention to detail and be highly numerate. 3 DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?
