This is a full-time position working under the program manager to help improve our platform. The successful candidate must have specific knowledge and experience working in the affiliate marketing industry, not just digital and online marketing. REQUIREMENTS • Verifiable knowledge and understanding of the affiliates markets and industry • Minimum of two years of experience in an affiliates role or working in the affiliates industry • Good listening, observation and learning skills • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in one-on-one settings or in groups and teams • Ability to work well with others as a team player, some days as a leader, others as a listener-follower • Purpose and results-driven, and able to accomplish tasks on deadlines • Problem solving skills • Courage in the face of problems and challenges • Good with numbers and data • Tech geek and nerd! THINGS WE WILL WORK ON • demand generation • growth marketing • leads acquisition • digital audience development • audience acquisitions • digital content syndication • marketing analytics • digital strategy • social ads (Twitter & Facebook Ads) • campaign optimization • search engine marketing (SEM) RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide affiliate industry insights and perspectives • Identify and recruit new affiliates that are capable of driving user acquisition • Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates • Maintain direct communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback • Recruit new affiliates through any means possible especially social networks, marketplace sites, etc. • Supply occasional creative juice and ideas related to affiliate marketing • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated user acquisition • Present regular reports like # of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, #users generated per affiliate, etc. • Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized In you are interested, please send your resume to us.
