Key responsibilities: Development of an affiliate marketing program Outreach and negotiation to bring on new affiliates Supporting and developing affiliate partners Management of payments to affiliates Skills & experience: 3+ years experience digital marketing or affiliate marketing Demonstrated knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms Amazing attention to detail Self starting attitude High level of initiative without the need for micro-management Outcome focussed Outstanding communication skills – including the ability to present your ideas with confidence, listen and respond to constructive feedback on your work Experience with Microsoft office suite Extra points: Passion for sports is a BIG bonus Knowledge around advertising restrictions and guidelines within our space Adobe creative experience Experience working across large digital marketing teams Have worked on advertising apps through/on Facebook Due to the nature of the sports and racing event calendars, some weekend work may be required by this role from time to time.
