We are natural and organic skin care manufacturer company locate it in US. We are looking for a new full-time US Based Affiliate Manager to help us with our rapidly growing business. Yalmeh Naturals is a fast-growing Naturals and organic skin care company running only the top converting products offers and with the highest payouts in the industry on skin care and beauty. While we're very focused on our business goals, we maintain a relaxed and fun environment that makes it enjoyable to work here too. We're looking to continue our growth by getting more affiliates to promote our existing offers and by bringing on new advertisers to run their offers here too. If you are an experienced Affiliate Manager that can help us do that, then we want YOU on board immediately. And while we will train you for this 30 to 40 hour per week position, ideally you'll already have these Skills and Qualifications: 2 years or more affiliate management. Working knowledge of how affiliate links, sub ID's, EPCs, etc., all work Proven history of hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for revenue growth. Experience acquiring new affiliates and advertisers Experience creating compelling email marketing messages for affiliates and customers Experience with affiliate marketing platforms Has Offers Excellent written, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills Self-motivation and high energy follow through Hustle Game Must be Strong! Monitor and report on Advertiser stats Affiliate Responsibilities Aggressively recruit new affiliates Creating and maintaining friendly relationships with affiliates via email, phone, and skype Keep affiliates excited and engaged about best performing offers Monitor campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis.
