Blue Moon Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Affiliate Program Manager to be part of our agency. The Affiliate Program Manager will be responsible for implementing, growing, and overseeing affiliate programs for several clients. This individual is strategic, friendly and able to work independently on a program as well as collaborate and communicate effectively within a team environment. To succeed in this role you must be resourceful, data-driven, a strategic-thinker and must be able to listen and communicate effectively. Sounds like you? Essential Responsibilities Include: Affiliate Services Lead and manage multiple affiliate programs Optimize mix of affiliates to meet client's objectives Oversee the management and direction of affiliate partners and networks Deliver new opportunities and potential partnerships to enhance affiliate program performance Evaluate whether partnerships are meeting objectives and analyze alternatives Develop and improve relationships with key affiliate partners Ensure affiliate channel addresses business objectives within strategic, resource and budget constraints Perform complex analysis on affiliate channel including ROI and other KPIs, understanding the client's attribution model Oversee the launch of affiliate programs, working with the client and selected network Participate in client meetings as required, providing program performance insights Affiliate Strategy & Methodology Identify strategic impact of opportunities that could increase affiliate channel capabilities or amount of qualified traffic driven by specific affiliates Develop strategic plans for the client's affiliate program and compare to other revenue-driving marketing programs Champion affiliate plans and create business cases for new opportunities in the Affiliate channel Present and support plans to Client Services and Blue Moon Digital executives The Ideal Candidate will have: Minimum 2 years Affiliate experience in a client-facing role Strong software use skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Excellent Excel skills required. Quantitative analytical skills and aptitude Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to multi-task Positive and energetic with a can-do, professional and responsible attitude Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment Knowledge of and/or experience using various online marketing platforms Affiliate Networks (Pepperjam, CJ Affiliate by Conversant, Rakuten Marketing, etc.) desired Analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.) desired Graphic Design software (AdobeInDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) a plus Social (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) a plus Content (WordPress, etc.) a plus Familiarity with web design (HTML) a plus Bachelor's Degree Interested in this position?
