Affiliate marketing experience is critical; however, it is also important to be able to see and grow new opportunities aligned with the company objectives. Role and Responsibilities include: Work with the affiliates helping them to maximise their own earnings and incentivize them to deliver more. Find new top level affiliates and Negotiate commercial deals. Handling day-to-day communication with assigned affiliates and assisting in any issues arising Analyse affiliate performance and report back to senior management on performance Assisting with planning and implementation of online promotions Be the primary point of contact to increase brand exposure and evaluate affiliate growth in your specific country. Identifying and implementing other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program Requirements Have 1-2+ years' direct Affiliate/ Partnership experience. Have ideally worked in a Start-Up/ Consumer facing eCommerce Tech Disruptor. Must be proficient with MS Excel Ability to travel internationally Native or very good command of written and spoken German and English. Result driven, Good mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent web etiquette as well as strong online and offline social skills are required Offer The acquisition marketing department is accountable for the quantity and quality of new registered customers globally.
